Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort, Mauritius, launched a tennis academy under the guidance of Kamil Patel.
Coaching is available to individuals and pairs along with a ‘kids clinic', and complimentary friendly tournaments.
Patel, a practise partner to Roger Federer in 2004, is the no.1 Mauritian pro on the ATP circuit
The resort features flood-lit tennis courts, an 18-hole course and the adjacent Valriche Nature Reserve offering nature tours on foot, mountain bike, 4x4 and quad bike.
Suites and rooms are split into villas within landscaped gardens and feature French windows, wood-panelled walls, 19th century furniture and botanical watercolours.
