The second phase of The Landings St Lucia will open in autumn and will be fully operational by January 2009.
It includes a second fine-dining experience opening 1 December
Two tennis courts and the yacht harbour will open in October, followed by an additional 40 units in November.
The swimming pools will be operational by Christmas and from the pools there will be additional entry points to the harbour walkway.
Additional suites will be introduced during 2008, 2009 and 2010, up to 231 one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, all featuring water views.
It will also be able to accommodate 60 total slips for vessels ranging up to 45ft in length.
