Kempinski to expand in North Africa

Luxury beach resort The Kempinski Al Houara Beach Resort and Spa will open in the $660m (£332m) Al Houara development in Tangier, Morocco, in 2011.
It will have 250 guestrooms, ranging from 50sqm to 200sqm and including a presidential suite.
There will also be 15 Beach Resort Villas and a variety of leisure and guest facilities, including an all day dining restaurant, two specialty restaurants, a pool grill, an
entertainment lounge and a lobby lounge.
The Al Houara development, developed by Qatari Diar, will include another five star hotel, a public beach club, an 18-hole international golf course, clubhouse, casino, forest stables and a variety of sports facilities.
The Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay, Egypt, opens 1 October this year.
